This is a small marketing site. It has no accounts, no sign-up forms, and no shopping cart — so it collects very little. This page explains the one analytics service it uses, what that service receives, and how you can ask about the data we hold.
Who we are
The data controller.
MK Solutions, LLC — a custom software studio based in Richmond, Kentucky, USA — operates this website and decides how the limited visitor data described below is handled. In data-protection terms, MK Solutions is the data controller for this site.

What we collect
Aggregated analytics — nothing else.
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages get visited. On each page load it sends an aggregated, anonymized page-view event to Vercel. There are no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, and no cross-site tracking.
We do not run Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook pixels, Mixpanel, Segment, PostHog, or any other third-party tracking SDK on this site, and we do not sell or share visitor data.
Data processor
Vercel Web Analytics.
Vercel, Inc. hosts this site and provides its analytics. Vercel acts as a data processor on our behalf.

- Aggregated website usage analytics — counting page views to see which pages are useful.
- Data sent
- The page URL, the referrer, and a coarse browser/OS type. The data is aggregated and anonymized — Vercel does not store your IP address. See Vercel Web Analytics privacy for the details.

- Retained by Vercel per their data-retention terms.

Your rights
Asking about your data.
Depending on where you live, data-protection law (such as the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA) may give you the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to object to its processing.
Because this site stores no accounts and the analytics data is aggregated and anonymized, there is usually little to no personal data tied to an individual visitor. Even so, you are welcome to reach out with any request or question at matt@mksolutionsky.com, and we'll respond.
