LightWork Data Deletion Instructions

At LightWork, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. If you have logged into the LightWork app and wish to delete your data from our systems, please follow the instructions below.
How to Delete Your Data
You may request deletion of your account and associated data from the LightWork platform at any time. There are two methods available:
Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
Open the LightWork app on your device.
Go to Account Settings.
Tap/Click Edit Profile.
Tap/Click Delete Account.
Confirm your request.
This will:
Permanently delete your LightWork account.
Remove all personally identifiable data, including your profile, tasks, activity, and linked social login information.
Option 2: Manual Request
If you are unable to access the app, you can send a data deletion request via email.
Send an email to matt@mksolutionsky.com
Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
Include the following details:
Your full name
The email address linked to your account
A statement confirming you want your data deleted
Our support team will process your request within 7 business days.
What Happens After Deletion?
Your account will be permanently removed from our database.
All personal data stored on our servers will be erased.
This action is irreversible.
