At MK Solutions, we are committed to the safety and well-being of every user, especially children. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform. This policy outlines our standards, enforcement practices, and reporting mechanisms to prevent and respond to CSAE content and behavior.

1. Zero Tolerance for CSAE Content

We strictly prohibit the following:

  • Uploading, sharing, or accessing any content that depicts or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation, including:

    • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)

    • Sexualized depictions of minors

    • Grooming behaviors

    • Extortion

  • Engaging in any communication that sexualizes or endangers children

  • Using the platform to contact minors for sexual purposes, directly or indirectly

2. Detection and Enforcement

When we detect CSAE content:

  • Immediate removal of the content

  • Permanent suspension or banning of the offending account(s)

  • Reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other appropriate authorities, in accordance with applicable laws

3. User Reporting Mechanism

Users can report any suspicious or harmful behavior involving children via our in-app feedback system or by emailing matt@mksolutionsky.com.

All reports are reviewed promptly and confidentially by a trained moderation team. We investigate every report thoroughly and take swift action when violations are found.

4. Age Requirements and Protections

  • The app is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13

  • Users between 13–17 must have parental or guardian consent where required by law

  • We reserve the right to verify the age of any user and take action when accounts are suspected of violating age policies

5. Partnerships and Best Practices

We work with child protection experts and comply with:

  • The U.S. PROTECT Act

  • The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)

  • International best practices, including guidelines from INHOPE, NCMEC, and ECPAT

6. Commitment to Ongoing Improvement

We are committed to regularly reviewing and strengthening our safety protocols. We welcome feedback from our community and partners to help improve our approach to preventing CSAE.
